Welcome to Hashtag Talent Agency. We are an established reputable sole acting agency representing children, young adults and families in this busy exciting industry. Hashtag is very much a family run agency. We are best friends Annie and Tracy, friendly and hardworking mums who have over 21 years first hand experience each in this industry navigating the ins and outs, the ups and downs with our own children who have successfully done numerous acting and modelling jobs. In March 2016 we formed Hashtag! The name came about once we played around with our children's initials and our own. Initially we started as a children's agency but as the children grew older we didn't want them to leave, and they didn't want to leave us, so we also started representing adult actors. We pride ourselves on our friendly and informative approach and work tirelessly to secure castings.
Who We Are
Our professional clients and their growing careers are at the heart of everything we do; gaining work across all media platforms including film, TV, theatre, radio, print and commercials. As agents, we are constantly evolving alongside this fast-paced industry and we support, nurture and develop our clients through many opportunities supported with mentoring and training. Recent workshops include: Nina Gold, Dan Hubbard, Peter Hunt and Olissa Rogers.

Annie
Annie is one of our hardworking co directors. She is the chatty one on the end of the phone and does all our accounting. When not working Annie loves spending time with her family and she loves cats, chilli and chocolate!
Tracy
Tracy is our other co director. She looks after the technological aspects and Spotlight. Tracy likes walking her dogs and spending time with her family. She likes chocolate, wine and is learning Tai Chi.
Melissa
Melissa is our film wizard and has a first class TV Production degree and also teaches film and media. She edits showreels and likes painting, vintage clothing and watching Netflix series.
Ziggy
Ziggy is the office cat. He is not the most active of cats and prefers to spend his time eating and sleeping. He is very fluffy and likes his cuddles.
